What comes in a Frameset box?
A standard frameset includes the frame, fork, seatpost, thru-axles, and headset bearings. Handlebar spacers (40mm default) are also included.
A bottom bracket is not included with a frameset-only configuration. Compatible bottom bracket options are listed on the Accessories page.
Can I customize component sizes (crank length, cassette, stem)?
Available component size and gear-ratio options vary by model. Please review the option selector on each product page.

How assembled will my bike be upon delivery?
Complete Bikes:
For most destinations, bikes arrive mostly assembled. The drivetrain, brakes, and cockpit are set up at the factory. Final setup typically involves installing the wheels, aligning and tightening the handlebars, and performing a standard pre-ride check.
For certain destinations with specific import or shipping requirements, complete bikes may be shipped differently. When applicable, details are shared prior to shipping.
Frameset + Groupset Orders:
Shipped unassembled to protect individual components during transit.
What is the warranty period for Quick and QuickPro products?
We’re proud to stand behind the quality of every Quick Pro product. Here’s what’s covered:

Who is eligible for warranty service?
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Quick / Quick Pro dealer or retailer.
If a product changes ownership, it may still receive limited after-sales service at cost, but the warranty itself is non-transferable.
What happens if my product model is discontinued?
If your exact model is no longer in production, we’ll provide a replacement of equivalent value and performance at no additional charge.
What is not covered under warranty?
Our warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear-and-tear. Examples include:
- Altered or missing serial numbers or purchase certificates.
- Unauthorized structural modifications.
- Over-tightened bolts or seatpost insertion beyond the safety mark.
- Tire pressure exceeding the recommended range.
- Accidents, collisions, stunts, or external impact damage.
- Cosmetic damage such as paint chips, peeling from cleaning agents, or protective-film removal.
- Wear of consumable parts including bearings, chains, cassettes, cables, brake pads, handlebar tape, tires, and saddles.
- Damage from failure to replace worn consumables.
- Commercial rental or abnormal usage.
- Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters).
How do I file a warranty claim?
We will coordinate your claim with Quick Pro’s manufacturer service center.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Your full name, phone number, and address.
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Product details (model, color, size, erial number).
- 3–5 clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Once received, our service team will review your claim within 2 business days and confirm if it’s covered under warranty.
If approved, we’ll replace the affected product. Quick Pro will cover all shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.
What if my issue isn’t covered under warranty?
Even if the warranty doesn’t apply, we’ll still support you. You can access lifetime after-sales service at cost pricing through your dealer or Quick Pro service partner.
