These Terms of Use govern access to the Quick Pro Korea brand and product information website (the “Site”).
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site introduces the Quick Pro brand and provides product images, prices, available options, specifications, technical information and geometry. It also connects visitors to a separate official purchase website. The Site does not provide membership or e-commerce services.
2. Product Information
- We aim to provide accurate information, but specifications, options, prices and images may change because of product improvements or operational requirements.
- Colors and textures shown on screen may differ from the physical product depending on the visitor’s device and display settings.
- Product manuals and official technical notices should also be reviewed for important safety and compatibility decisions.
3. External Purchase Website
“Buy it now” and similar links take visitors to the separate Velo Lounge purchase website. Services and policies on an external website are provided by its operator, and visitors should review the information shown there.
4. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, drawings, text and edited materials on the Site belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders. They may not be commercially copied, distributed, modified or presented in a misleading way without prior permission.
5. Acceptable Use
Visitors must not interfere with normal Site operation, infringe the rights of others, create excessive automated traffic or use the Site for an unlawful purpose.
6. Availability and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for temporary interruption caused by events reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, network failure or third-party service failure. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect applicable law or changes to Site operation. The revised terms and effective date will be published on the Site.
