Privacy Policy

Quick Pro Korea (the “Company”) respects visitor privacy and processes personal information according to the actual functions of the Site and applicable privacy law.
1. Information We Process and Why
Information provided by email
- Categories: name, email address, contact details, organization, inquiry content, attachments and any other information voluntarily included in an email.
- Purpose: to review and respond to questions about product specifications, model comparisons, sizing, options, component compatibility, technology, the brand, sales channels or partnerships.
Technical information generated during Site use
- Categories: IP address, browser and operating-system information, access time, visited pages, referring page, cookies and local-storage identifiers.
- Purpose: Site security and stability, error diagnosis, usage measurement and user-experience improvement.
The Site currently has no first-party inquiry form. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and advertising-tracking tools were not found during the latest code review.
2. Retention
Email inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and complete any follow-up, then deleted without undue delay. Information required by law is separately retained for the applicable statutory period. Automatically generated technical information is processed for the minimum period needed for its operational purpose.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties unless the visitor has consented or disclosure is permitted or required by law.
4. External Resources and Possible International Transfer
The Site may load Shopify CDN and storefront resources, Judge.me review resources and external web fonts to display product content and reviews. IP address, browser information and request records may therefore be transmitted to those providers, whose servers may be located outside Korea. This Policy will be updated if the providers or transfer structure change.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and external resources may use cookies or local storage for essential functionality, display settings, product-option state, security or usage measurement. Visitors can block or delete them through browser settings, but some display or option functions may not work correctly.
6. Deletion
Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery. Paper records, if any, are shredded or securely destroyed.
7. Visitor Rights
Visitors may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of their personal information. Requests may be sent to the Privacy Officer email below and will be handled after appropriate identity verification under applicable law.
8. Security Measures
We apply safeguards appropriate to the scale of processing, including access controls, access-log review, transmission protection and internal management procedures.

10. Unauthorized Email Collection
Email addresses displayed on the Site may not be collected without prior consent by automated email-harvesting programs or other technical means.
- Do not automatically collect email addresses without the Site operator’s prior consent.
- Do not sell or distribute email addresses collected without authorization.
- Do not use an address for communications when you know it was collected or distributed unlawfully.
Email addresses shown on the Site are provided for product, technical, brand, sales-channel and partnership inquiries. Their publication does not constitute consent to receive unsolicited commercial messages. Violations may result in liability under applicable law, including Article 50-2 of Korea’s Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Policy and its effective date if the Site’s personal-information functions or external services change.
